The trap is an effective barrier against flies.The smell in the trap attracts the flies which then drown in the liquid. The opaque bag reduces the unsightly vision of a bag full of flies. When the trap is full, screw down the top and dispose in the normal garbage. Supplied with suitable bait and a hanging strap. 
The bottom 2 inches is full of flies and another is about to meet its' maker.
