Delivery Terms

 

Our aim is to deliver your order as expeditiously as possible.

Dispatch of all orders should take place either from the warehouse in Devon within two days of receiving the order and we make every effort to ensure all products are delivered in the United Kingdom within seven working days of acceptance of your order, (normal delivery time is roughly four working days.) The actual delivery is carried out by commercial couriers varying with the location of delivery and is out of our hands. No guarantee will be accepted on specific delivery intervals and only a guide is given.


Where this is not possible, we will notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance. This may not apply in respect of deliveries outside of the UK . All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. If the courier cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to pay for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery and bank charges we have incurred.

Delivery charge is currently £9.00 per order, ( irrespective of the size or weight of the order), and applies to all orders within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, the commercial Couriers DO apply some exceptions where they demand an increased charge, principally Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and the following Scottish addresses;-

Highlands  AB36-38,  AB55-56,  FK17-21,  IV1-39,  IV52-54,  IV63,  KW1-14,  PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50,

Islands  HS1-9,  IV40-51,  IV55-56,  KA27-28,  KW15-17,  PA20,  PA41-49,  PA60-78,  PA60-78,  PH42-44,  ZE1-3

(This appears to be the whole of Scotland barring Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow.)

Regrettably, it may be necessary to advise you should a particular order require an increase in this figure due to weight or destination within the United Kingdom. You will be advised of this before the order is dispatched and given the option to accept the charge or cancel the order at no charge.

Please note we simply pass on the delivery cost - there is no profit accrued from a delivery charge.

Professional couriers are used in all countries.

Over 90% will arrive when they are meant to arrive but as parcels go through many processes with the courier before arriving with the customer, things out of our control can go wrong. The services used are NOT GUARANTEED and no money can be refunded if a parcel takes extra time to arrive. Should a parcel be delayed, every effort is made to rectify the issue. If a parcel is NOT delivered it will be replaced or refunded in full. Ownership of the product only passes to the customer on delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement, but this right ends seven (7) days after the date you take receipt of the delivery. This is your "cooling off" period. You are entitled to cancel the order by sending us notice of such cancellation by email or letter within such 7 day period. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within thirty days.
HOWEVER, we may have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered. In this circumstance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. If you wish to withdraw, please contact us by telephone. Any products returned must be received by us in the same condition and, to the extent possible, in the same packaging as when we delivered them to you.
Should you request a collection by Agrisellex UK, this will be deducted from the refund. Product returned after the period stipulated above will be accepted at the company's discretion and will be subject to a 10% re-handling deduction.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be collected and rectified at our expense within the United Kingdom.
